Cocktail Cartel is a savvy beverage consulting and management company that embodies laidback Miami swag and big city sophistication. Founded in 2015 by friends and fellow star bartenders Manuel Picon, Eddie Fuentes and Hector Acevedo; the Cartel has nearly 40 years of combined beverage hospitality experience under their strainers from behind the bar to on the small screen. Allowing the trio to share their knowledge, acumen, talent and creativity to offer superior beverage program consultation, event production, and brand development.
As a company and as individuals, Cocktail Cartel has left their creative footprints on celebrated beverage programs such as those found at the Fontainebleau and its various outlets; Scarpetta, Gotham Steak, Bleau Bar and Hakkasan. As well as hot spots like FINKA Table & Tap; Broken Shaker; Rhythm & Vine; Drinking Room pop-up; 27 Restaurant; Glass & Vine; Byblos and Red Bull International.
The Cartel taps into their extensive network, utilizing their experience and talent to bring awareness to a client’s product. Partnering only with goods and brands which they truly believe in to enhance the experience at their client’s locations. From bar and menu placement to tasting events, trainings or recipe development; the Cartel works to put the spirits, bitters, tonic or bar tool equally into the spotlight. Complementing one another to ensure for a unique experience that will keep patrons coming back for more.
